**Watch how to read it:**
- **Initial state:** 8 peers uniformly orbiting (naive ensemble). Move pole proximity → middle peers begin compressing.
- **Push proximity to ~70%:** frontiers outshine distant peers. The 1/ε readout in the diagnostics panel begins climbing fast.
- **Cross into Tier 4 (proximity > 85%):** The pink event-horizon ring forms around the frontier singularity. Distant peers get pulled inside the horizon and **vanish one at a time**, each emitting a green **Hawking decision pulse** outward.
- **At full ignition (proximity = 95+):** you reach Tier 5 — the inner horizon case. Bekenstein ceiling ($S = A/4$) lights up. Hawking ticks accumulate.
- **Slide observer distance in/out:**

Past the cosmic censorship floor, the remaining question is exactly Novikov's: "Was there ever a different possibility?"
